Included with your email are all the traditional "Microsoft Suite" applications, but FREE

Word= Google Docs

Power Point= Google Slides

Excel= Google Sheets

The biggest difference is that these documents are hosted online and not physically on your computer. 

Google Forms are a great way to collect information. Make sure to go through all the settings so that the form works.

My Favorite Features:

• Link to Sheets: Select link to sheets on the responder tab at the top, and Google will create and update a Google Sheet in your drive!

• Forms can also be embedded into websites

• Forms can notify multiple people when responses come in.

Trouble shooting:

•  To prevent people from needing to sign in, turn off "collect email addresses" in settings

• If using a work email, allow responders to be anyone.

This is one of MY favorite apps. I find that my clients are more willing to open emails from me, but I also want to know if what I sent was read. This little app has a free version that is just enough to cover the few newsletters I send in a month. Find Right Invox in the Google App store.
