LOCATION OF THE WORKSHOP
The workshop will take place in the Assembly Hall of the Science Faculty. It is located in the "Juan Remón Camacho" Building.
HOW TO ARRIVE TO BADAJOZ
Travelling from abroad
Perhaps the best way to reach Badajoz is traveling first to Madrid.
Flights Madrid - Badajoz are handled by IBERIA https://www.iberia.com/es/?language=en (for some reason Google Flights sometimes fails to show all available flights). Typically there is a fight at around 6PM every day.
There are also trains running to and from Madrid. However, please note that they often suffer from delays. They are handled by RENFE https://www.renfe.com/es/en
ACCOMODATION
Hotels
The participants must book directly with the hotel. Below you will find information as to the hotels in Badajoz. We inform you that the AC HOTEL is the closest to the Mathematics Departament where the Workshop will take place.

IMPORTANT: the booking with this hotel should be made by telephone. When you book please indicate that you are a participant of the workshop because the price above are only guaranteed in such a case.
As we mentioned before, the AC Hotel is the closest hotel to the place where the Workshop will be developed (about 2'6 km). Near the hotel there exists bus-stops of the lines 3 and 18 which takes about 10 minutes to arrive to the university. Moreover, the city center is about 2 km from the hotel.

The Río Hotel is about 3 km to the Extremadura University and near it there are also bus-stops of lines 3 and 18.

This hotel is on the city center and the Extremadura University is about 4 km from it. There exists a bus-stop of line 18 which takes about 20 minutes to the university.

This is the hotel that is furthest from the university, about 5 km. However, it is near the city center and has good connections with the university by public transport. There are bus stops of the lines 3 and 9 near the hotel which takes about half an hour to the university.
