Since 2021, I am a Full Member of OWSD (Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World), an international non-profit organization founded in 1987 and based in Trieste, Italy. OWSD is a program unit of UNESCO dedicated to empowering women scientists in the Global South and increasing their representation in scientific leadership.
