Webinar Series

Before we do our teaching internship, we should join the webinar series. On the first day of this webinar I learned about the Filipino language, Brief history of the Philippines, Gender sensitivity and education, English as a medium of instructions. Then on second day I got webinar about Use of technology tools for synchronous and asynchronous teaching and learning, creative teaching strategies in information technology, mathematics and science, the making of an e-portfolio, mental health awareness: towards a balanced well-being.

Teaching Practice Day 1

My first teaching practice be held on November 11th, 2021. In this first meeting I taught about The Current and Future Trends of Media and Information. This is my first day to teaching in 12 ABM, especially for MIL subjects. So, I felt nervous, but I can overcome that feeling. To support the learning process, I utilize some apps such as Sli.do( to review the previous lesson), Canva presentation( to presenting the lesson), and Quizizz (for the quiz). After finishing the lesson, I gave some assignment to the students that related with the lesson.

My second teaching practice be held on November 16th, 2021. In this second meeting I taught about Media and Information Literate Individual. To support the learning process, I utilize some apps such as Sli.do( to review the previous lesson), Canva presentation( to presenting the lesson), and Quizizz (for the quiz). After finishing the lesson, I gave some assignment to the students that related with the lesson.

Teaching Practice Day 5 (Final Demonstration)

My last teaching practice and also the final demonstration be held on November 25th, 2021. In this last meeting I taught about Manipulative Media. To support the learning process, I utilize some apps such as Sli.do( to review the previous lesson), Canva presentation( to presenting the lesson), and Quizizz (for the quiz). After finishing the lesson, I gave some assignment to the students that related with the lesson. Actually, in this final demo, I felt nervous again. But, I can overcome that feeling because my cooperating teacher and supervisor always give me feedback and support during the internship process. Thank you so much for all of of the advices
