What We Do:
This group provides dedicated time during lunch hours to complete those legal-related projects for your life or that of a loved one. Self-directed goals are whatever you or your family need to work on: estate planning before the baby comes, wills & codicils, funeral details (even writing obituaries, eulogies, or epitaphs), power of attorney authorization, medical directives, beneficiary assignments to monetary accounts, lists of items to photograph for insurance purposes, identify theft protection monitoring companies or sign up for organ donation. The more planning that is done before misfortune occurs, the easier it is on those close to us.
The first few minutes of each virtual meeting will be spent on brief updates of our project plans. The remainder of the time will be spent offline by each individual making appointments, writing drafts, completing forms, locating attorneys, or researching resources.
