Across is an artifact of my accounting notes. Tools like Excel are an essential tool for managing and analyzing data in health services management. Excel helps me stay organized, ensure accuracy in data handling, and support data-driven decision-making. I have used it for tasks like budgeting, scheduling, and tracking key metrics, all of which are critical in maintaining efficiency and professionalism in the healthcare field.
These photos are from my three-month internship with the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI). Below is my certificate of completion, recognizing my contributions during this experience. Following my internship, I was offered a yearlong temporary position with NCDOI, allowing me to further develop my skills and gain deeper industry experience.
