On the 1st Page:
Verify the number of registrations you are purchasing. Note that you will be selecting the sessions on the next page; if you are registering for multiple participants, you will either need to register for the same sessions or complete the registrations separately. Click on Make Payment to make your session selections.
On the 2nd Page:
Scroll down to the bottom of that page to enter information and identify which of the workshops you want to attend.
If you are a professional and attending all five in-person sessions, be sure to register to select that option from the registration list for the discounted rate!

Be sure to register using your student account. All communication about the conference will go to this account.

All Webinars (6 Live Webinars): $375 for professionals
In-person Sessions:
Professional: $140.00 per workshop
UNC-Charlotte Student: $50 per workshop
Student (other university): $70 per workshop
All In-person Sessions (5 days): $675.00 for professionals
Conference All Access Pass
6 Live Webinars and 5 In-person Workshops: $1000.00 for professionals
All students must register with an official university email address to ensure student rate.
No refunds will be made after the registration deadline (add date here- does June 17, 2025 work?)
Refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
