Isaías Sales Ibã (1964 - ) is a kashinawa (Huni Kuin) indigenous artist from the Brazilian Amazon. Ibã is also a txana (master of chants), an indigenous professor, and a researcher. In 2011, Ibã created the MAHKU (Movimento dos Artistas Huni Kuin). Mixing arts, shamanism and ethnomusicology, the MAHKU promotes the Huni Kuin culture through audiovisual translations of their sacred songs, also known as huni meka or nixi pae chants. Ibã and the MAHKU were nominated to the prestigious PIPA Prize in 2016.
