Poster Session Guidelines

A few things to help you get ready …

• The poster session will take place from 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM in the Lucas Room in the Cone Center Building. This room will be open all day. You are free to drop off your poster and set-up any time from 9:00 AM - 3:15 PM.
• We suggest printing your poster with 36" x 24" dimensions.
• We will provide easels, foam boards (36" x 24"), and push pins that you can use to display your poster.
• During the poster session, we ask that you remain at the display to answer questions and discuss informally the contents of your poster.
• We hope that you will consider providing us with a copy of your poster as a PDF or image file (JPG, PNG, etc) that we can share on our Diversity Day website and with attendees after the event. Please email a copy of your poster to Becky Croxton at racroxto@uncc.edu any time between now and March 15th.
