The College Faculty Manual outlines several key aspects of faculty involvement and responsibilities. First, it emphasizes faculty participation in shaping institutional and program-level objectives, granting them the authority to recommend policy and program changes. Second, the manual details a comprehensive orientation process for new faculty, ensuring familiarity with the university's mission, vision, and policies at the start of each semester. Third, to ensure alignment with institutional philosophy, the manual mandates that faculty incorporate the university's vision, mission, and policies into course syllabi and student orientations at the beginning of each semester. Finally, the existence of the College Faculty Manual itself confirms that faculty members have access to the relevant documents.
