The University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) prominently displays its vision, mission, and core values on its website, making these principles readily accessible to all stakeholders. UNC's commitment to producing well-equipped, socially active graduates is reflected in its PROBE (Problem-, Research-, and Outcome-Based Education) instructional design model. This dynamic learning environment prepares students for successful careers through initiatives like the Professional Employment Program (PEP), which equips students with the skills needed to excel in their chosen professions, and the Multiple Qualifications Acceleration Program (MQuAP), which allows students to gain multiple qualifications and certifications, enhancing their career prospects. These programs directly support UNC's mission of expanding opportunities and preparing individuals for purposeful lives.
To maintain relevance, UNC periodically reviews and revises its vision, mission, core values, and goals, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and conducting internal evaluations. Furthermore, the university conducts tracer studies to track graduate success, providing evidence of the attainment of its institutional philosophy and program objectives. These studies illuminate the impact of UNC's programs on graduates' careers and societal contributions.
