A.1 Deliberate and systematic efforts are exerted to orient research studies toward one or all of the following:

Research Orientation activities are being conducted annually to share the University’s Research Agenda, which advocate alignment with goals such as the “Development and testing of new green technologies and information communication prototypes” and "Development of cultural identity and values of Nueva Caceres as a social group towards national pride and global citizenship." These themes guide research towards sustainable goals and push further for the university’s mission-vision of expanding “opportunities for Bicolanos everywhere….“
Research Orientation
A.2 Research proposal(s) undergo critiquing by a research expert(s) prior to endorsement to a research proposal adviser/mentor, in the particular theme/topic.
The Research Process Work Instructions establish a standard procedure for recommendation and endorsement of qualified research papers. As per the work instruction, the papers are reviewed by the University Research Council. Moreover, as seen in the sample panel comments, panelists are internal and external research experts who are highly qualified individuals with advanced educational backgrounds.
