A focus on heritage management methods, development, and practices is characteristic of APS Una Quantum inc. which has contributed to the development of two QGIS Plugins, Pyarchinit, and since 2021 has been promulgating the dissemination of Extended Matrix, CNR-ISCP's FOSS software for the documentation and 3D reconstruction of archaeological heritage.
The conference was held on December 15 and 16, 2022 at the Sala della Fortuna of the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia in Rome, and was divided into three main sessions representing the thematic areas relevant to historical, artistic and cultural heritage: Museums and Archaeological Parks, Territory and Remote Sensing, and Digital Archaeology. Finally, one session was devoted to poster presentations on the same themes.
In addition to the introduction of the curators, the conference hosted speakers reflecting the professional realities of different fields: researchers, designers, sector companies, and freelancers.
The conference was made possible thanks to the contribution granted by the General Directorate of Education, Research and Cultural Institutes of the Ministry of Culture.
