In July 2018, I delivered a lecture at the conference in Mashhad, Iran, titled "Performance Assessment of Managerial Levels with a Development Approach" spotlighting a novel questionnaire format. 

The lecture delved into innovative methods for evaluating managerial performance, emphasizing developmental strategies.

 By introducing a new questionnaire model, I aimed to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of performance assessments, fostering growth and improvement among managerial personnel. 

This conference provided a platform for exchanging insights and advancing practices in performance evaluation within the managerial domain.
