Care and Warranty
Gold-filled chains will begin to pick up oils in your skin with time. This may cause the chain to dull in color, but remain a beautiful gold.
Sterling silver chains react to chemicals and the natural oils in your skin, which may tarnish the product over time.
Colorful, enamel-coated chains may slowly fade in color with sun exposure, lotions and chemicals.
I will re-weld any piece of Linked by Jo jewelry within one month of purchase. After one month, small fees for re-welding will apply.
These chains are delicate, so handle them with care. Do not tug or pull, and try to avoid snagging the chains on clothing.
Re-welding Other Products
I am happy to re-weld or tighten any permanent jewelry from another business for a small fee of $5.
