DJ Sophie Gromowsky

Sophie Gromowsky is from Kansas City, MO and discovered her love for media by working on her high school newspaper.

Sophie is a Walter Williams Scholar at the Missouri School of Journalism. She is a copy editor for MU's student newspaper, The Maneater, and works on the social media and marketing team for her sorority.

Sophie's favorite concert that she attended was One Direction's On The Road Again Tour at Arrowhead Stadium in 2015.

Zoe Winter is from Andale, KS, and has been involved in media work since her Freshman year of high school.

Outside of schoolwork, Zoe is on the Mizzou Swim Team and enjoys jamming to T Swift.

Zoe's favorite concert that she attended was the Reputation Stadium Tour in 2018.

Tierney Kugel is from Westport, Connecticut and is pursuing a career in political reporting.

Tierney enjoys watching live music with friends and discovering new artists. Her favorite concerts were seeing Stevie Nicks perform in Kansas City and Lana Del Rey at Lollapalooza.

DJ Shawn Tao

University of Missouri - Junior

Strategic Communication Student

Shawn Tao is from Wuxi, China, and has studied strategic communications and media since university.

His favorite concert, "Soul Power Live" performed by David Zee Tao, took place in Hong Kong in 2003. The "Soul Power 2" concerts continue in 2024, giving Shawn a chance to see his favorite singer live again.
