Registration and Payment

We are delighted that you have decided to join the MEESA 2021.

You may register by filling this Google Form:

What you need before registering:

You will be requested to upload a proof of payment (Copy of Receipt from UMS / a bank transfer slip/grant payment approval) .

Do make sure to Name your PDF receipt/ proof of payment according to this format:

Oral Presenter Name_OP (Paper Number) Example Chua Bih Lii_OP(M20)

Participant Name_Participant Example Chua Bih Lii_Participant

Please be informed that, all the "Accepted Oral Presenter" will receive an invoice via email. If you have not received it, please email us at meesa@ums.edu.my.

Method of Payment (Bank Transfer/Cheques/Internet Banking)

Please make payment and email the proof of payment to UMS Bendahari. Kindly put "MEESA 2021 SG18147" as the reference. You will then receive a receipt from the UMS Bendahari.

Payment via Research Grant (UMS internally only)

For Research Grant Transfer, please fill the e-akaun and choose "Arahan Bayaran ke Bendahari UMS".
