Poster Presentation Guidelines

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

1. The poster should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), background (contains introduction, research gap & objectives), methodology, findings (result & discussion), conclusion, acknowledgements, references, and contact information (QR code).

2. The number of words for a poster is recommended to be not more than 500 words

3. The poster size should be A1 in PORTRAIT form (594 x 841 mm) and preferably of light material.

4. Consider using;

a) High-quality images, be aware of copyrights

b) APA format for tables

c) Sans Serif fonts such as Helvetica, Arial or Calibri

d) Font size at least 24 points but 32 points and larger is recommended

e) Bold letterings for effectiveness, if used consistently and simply

f) Unleash your creativity in designing the poster

5. Stationeries for potting up posters will be provided

6. You will be informed of your poster board number at the time of your registration.

7. The time for putting up & removing the poster is as follows:

Day 1 (22^nd September 2022): 0830 to 1700 hours

Day 2 (23^rd September 2022): 0830 to 1500 hours

*Judging time will be during the coffee breaks/ refreshment; thus, poster presenters must be present.

8. Three winners for the best ICNP2022 Poster Presenter will be announced during the Closing Ceremony.
