PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Must be notified via email to the Conference Secretariat (email: icaims2026@outlook.com).

2. All banking charges must be borne by the registrant.

3. Any cancellation made before 15 July 2026 will be subjected to a 50% of the paid amount, including bank charges that occured also must be borne by the registrant.

4. No refund will be made for cancellation or no-show after 15 July 2026.

Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application denial, riots, diseases, or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. Thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded. 

Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one (1) of the authors OR their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. NO REFUND of the paid fees may be claimed by the no show author.

2. Papers that are not registered by 15 July 2026 will be excluded from the conference and will not be submitted for publication in the conference proceeding.

3. Please note that failure to present the paper at the conference without any notification beforehand will also result in the paper being excluded from submission for publication.
