Submission

Please use your institution’s Turnitin account to verify your paper’s similarity, which should be below 25% before submission. The conference will utilize IEEE CrossCheck, which has a more stringent similarity assessment compared to Turnitin. The similarity score from IEEE CrossCheck is generally higher than that from Turnitin.

Submit your manuscript via the InECCE2025 submission system. Ensure your manuscript adheres to the IEEE Conference Paper format and is between 4 and 6 pages in length.

Your submission will undergo double-blind review by at least two independent reviewers. You will receive a decision via email through the submission systems.

Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

All camera-ready files must meet the submission guidelines and be submitted to the IEEE PDF eXpress site to generate an IEEE Xplore-compliant file for Final Submission.

NOTE: The IEEE PDF eXpress site will be open starting on April 15, 2025.

Creating IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF

Prepare IEEE Xplore compatible PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress:

Please use IEEE PDF eXpress to create and validate your final Camera-Ready version.
IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. All updates should be added to the document before a PDF is created.
Note that, IEEE PDF eXpress is ONLY used to create your final Camera-Ready version.
Before Creating a PDF

Remove copyright notice, headers, page numbers from your source document.
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account (Firt time user):

- - Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
    - For New Users – Click “Create account” link.
    - Enter the following:
      - 64959X for the Conference ID
      - your email address
      - your password
    - Continue to enter information as prompted.
  - An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
  - Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
  - Verify that your contact information is valid.

Validate your paper:

For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”.

- - Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)
  - Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”
  - Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
  - You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
  - Once the file passes PDF validation, click the Approve Paper button on the PDF eXpress Dashboard to complete the submission.

Note: The paper will only be submitted for IEEE Xplore publication if the Approve Paper button is clicked.
