Fazian Mat Zamberi @ Mohd Zamri is an engineer of PETRONAS Chemicals MTBE Sdn Bhd. She received a Bsc(Hons) in Chemical Engineering & Process from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She has 13 years experienced in Petrochemicals Industry. She is highly qualified & experienced Operation Engineer in Petrochemical industry specific in OLEFLEX Process Technology. She has the ability to oversee and lead operational and optimization projects of great magnitude and importance while being conscientious in all aspects of the process. Her key experiences and skills are in the fields of process operation, process technology, process optimization, catalyst & adsorbent performance, process design and integrated project management in PCMTBE plant as a whole and specific in OLEFLEX process operation. Applied knowledge and experience for environmental contribution by certified as a Competent Person for environmental Professional in Scrubber Operation (CePSO) by Environment Institute of Malaysia (EiMAS), UKM, Department of Environment. She had lead a number of Root Cause Analysis (RCPS) such as Regen Tower Inner Screen failure, Heat Exchanger (ColdBox Warm Up) ,Heavies Stripper Reboiler leaks, Expander's Separator bottom Piping Clogged, CCR Hot Shutdown and also act as operation resource person for RCPS lead by other discipline's engineer. Areas of experience are also including direct communication with Honeywell UOP licensor for plant revamp and optimization such as:
Catalyst Performance Analysis (DEH-14) for decision to proceed change out with new DEH-14. Discussed with UOP on catalyst conversion, selectivity, yield per pass and COMBI test result.
Plant Creep Production. Communicate with technology (UOP) on the production and catalyst performance during the plant creep.
Catalyst Conditioning new DEH-14. To strategies plant parameter in order to achieve 100% daily capacity utilization with new performance of DEH-14 catalyst with constraint of EB201A delta T.
