There is no specific format for the Proposal Defense report. To familiarize with thesis writing, it is advisable to follow UMP Thesis' format. However, your Proposal Defense report should contain these elements:
1. Tittle including details of student & supervisor(s)
2. Introduction (Background, Problem Statement, Objectives, Scope of Study)
3. Literature review
4. Methodology
5. Preliminary Results/Expected Results
6. Conclusion/Significant of Study
7. Reference
