The Park Event Center, Waite Park, Minnesota
Agriculture is as diverse as the people who make it thrive. In an industry where every farm and role is unique, finding your place means discovering the balance that works best for you, your farm, your family and your goals. This journey isn't one-size-fits-all; it’s about shaping a role in contributing to the food system, while balancing family and farm operations. It’s about engaging with your community while marketing your farm products.
Especially for women in agriculture, this path brings unique opportunities and challenges because of all you do. “Farming your Way, Creating Balance” is all about exploring these pathways, empowering you to define what agriculture means to you, finding ways to navigate your family and operation, and making your distinct mark in agriculture.
