Jessica Cordova Kramer is co-founder and CEO of Lemonada Media, an award-winning podcast network with a mission to make life suck less. In 2024, The Hollywood Reporter named Cordova Kramer among the ‘Most Powerful People in Podcasting.’ In 2022 and 2023, she was named among the "Top 50 Most Powerful People in Podcasting," by Podcast Daily News and Inside Radio. Cordova Kramer was previously the executive producer of the Pod Save the People podcast, which has won multiple Webby awards. She began her professional career as a Wall Street lawyer who moonlighted on pro bono domestic violence and refugee cases, then worked for Teach For America and Teach For All for more than a decade. Cordova Kramer lost her younger brother, Stefano, to a long battle with addiction, subsequently co-creating Lemonada with Stephanie Wittels Wachs, who also lost her brother to an overdose. The network has gone on to create hit original series including Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, which was named Apple’s 2023 Show of the Year; Blind Plea, Fail Better with David Duchovny; Gracie award-winners Last Day and Believe Her, as well as Webby award-winner, Add to Cart with Kulap Vilaysack & SuChin Pak. Lemonada’s goal is, Cordova Kramer says, “to make shows that help people get out of bed in the morning, that help people deal with the hardest sh*t in their real lives.”

CEO and Founder of Keystone Group International
CEO, public speaker, Amazon best selling author, podcast host, and thought leader… through every one of those roles, Jaime Taets is focused on helping individuals and companies get past whatever is holding them back from achieving what they are capable of.
Jaime’s experience begins in a corporate role at the largest privately-held corporation in the world. Thirteen years into that journey, she was comfortably uncomfortable. Having held various leadership roles, Jaime recognized that her strengths and approach would be better utilized outside the corporate world. Stepping out confidently while facing her own fears, she left that job and launched Keystone Group International in 2013.
Keystone Group International focuses on leadership development, organizational strategy, growth, and change. Jaime’s belief that strong leadership and a change-resilient culture are the foundation for sustainable growth drives her work with clients. Harnessing her own leadership experiences, she inspires real and sometimes challenging discussions about the crossroads between high-performance and healthy change.
Her approach is a combination of direct and caring. Not one to step around challenges, she helps leaders focus on their root challenges. As she puts it, “Stop mowing the dandelions.” Jaime pushes her clients to dig deep, she calls out issues in their businesses, and never lets them off the hook. Creating “a-ha” moments fuels her – those instances where they see the change they need to make and understand the potential of creating those shifts. In her free time, Jaime’s serves as a board member for a local non-profit, Playworks Minnesota.
She has been named to Inc Magazine’s 200 top Female Founders list, a 100 Women to KNOW in America, and Twin Cities Business 2022 Notable Female Entrepreneurs.
