About Talk To My Face (TTMF)

TTMF is a social connection app on a mission to combat loneliness by helping young people meet face-to-face. We partner with local businesses to offer exclusive discounts that reward real-world meetups - no more endless group chats that never turn into actual plans.

The Role

We're looking for 3-5 connected, authentic students at UMN to help launch TTMF on campus this February. As a Student Ambassador, you'll introduce TTMF to your network, share why it matters, and help build a community of students who are tired of surface-level connections. This isn't about posting scripted content or being "sales-y" - it's about genuinely sharing something that addresses a real problem on campus.

What You'll Do

● Share TTMF organically within your friend groups, clubs, dorms, and student organizations

● Increase brand awareness on campus through flyering, tabling, hosting in-person events, and other creative outreach

● Help us understand what UMN students actually want (venues, features, messaging that resonates)

● Gather feedback from early users and report what's working (and what's not)

● Attend monthly check-ins with the TTMF team (virtual, ~30 min)

You're a Great Fit If:

● You're genuinely frustrated by how hard it is to make real connections in college

● You're plugged into different corners of campus (Greek life, clubs, sports, student orgs, etc.)

● You're comfortable starting conversations and making introductions

● You can commit 3-5 hours per week (flexible schedule)

● You want early-stage startup experience and aren't afraid of ambiguity

Tiered Commission Structure:

● First 10 verified signups: $40

● Next 10 verified signups: $50

● Every 10 after that: $60

Plus:

● Monthly top performer bonus: $150

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You'll be responsible for your own taxes.

Minnesota Farmers Union Operations Coordinator

Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) is seeking an organized, people-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functioning of a statewide grassroots organization serving family farmers and rural communities.

This full-time role supports events, membership operations, internal communications, and office administration, and serves as a key point of contact for members, partners, and the public. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, adaptable, and excited to contribute to meaningful work that supports Minnesota farmers through education, advocacy, and cooperation.
