We solved 'Murder At The Motel' a Murder Mystery Box by HuntAKiller. The box is filled with clues and physical items such as autopsy reports, witness statements, and more. We used these clues to solve the ongoing murder mystery. There was pizza and snacks provided!

We were given the opportunity to attend a couple of the monthly Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office tours! There we learned a lot about the day-to-day life of the medical examiner's working as well as the responsibilities of those they work with.

We collaborated with another student group, the International Buddy Program, to provide our end of the year Murder Mystery Dinner. There was plenty of food and fun to be had while solving a murder alone or with a group of friends. Prizes were awarded to the group that solved the mystery the fastest!

Correy, forensic entomologist and assistant professor of the UMN forensic entomology course, came to speak about her career and studies in forensic entomology! She discussed what entomology is all about, her research, her experience in graduate school, and held a Q&A.
