Letter of Intent
The TRDP program announces a request for Letters of Intent from eligible predoctoral and postdoctoral Scholars interested in applying for the TRDP program. Selected applicants will be invited by CTSI-Ed Leadership to complete a full application. Applicants must adhere to LOI submission guidelines and use the online submission form.
For Parts 1 and 2 of the LOI, complete the forms provided, save each as a PDF, and upload each PDF into the online submission form. For Part 3, type in your responses on the online submission form.
Part 1: Applicant diversity statement plus applicant signature
For all predoctoral and postdoctoral scholars submitting a Letter of Intent to the TRDP Program
Complete the Applicant Diversity Statement Plus Applicant Signature form and upload it to the online submission form.
Part 2 for Predoctoral Scholars only: Director of Graduate Studies or PhD program director statement
To be completed by: The DGS or PhD Program Director for all predoctoral scholars submitting a Letter of Intent to the CTSI TRDP Program
Complete the Part 2: Director of Graduate Studies or PhD Program Director statement (predocs) form. Scholars, upload the completed form to your online submission form.
Part 2 for Postdoctoral Scholars only: Department Chair or Division Director statement
