In the cold Minnesota winter of 2024, "The Local" sprung to life, a radiant combination of coastal nostalgia and Midwestern charm. Inspired by surf shops dotting Florida's sandy shores, The Local is a tribute to the sun-soaked memories and wild spirit of coastal living. Born from a deep-rooted desire to share the coastal experience with my Minnesota community, we picture more than just a retail clothing shop and juice bar—it's a sanctuary, a slice of paradise nestled amidst the landlocked plains.
