Audit output data management working group

This group works toward:

  • Engagement around data output and data analysis
  • Investigating querying more meaningful data from audits
  • Finding ways within the encoding to facilitate data mining (e.g., flagging certain types of requirements)
  • Understanding what questions can be answered by more granular aggregations of data (major, minor, liberal education, etc.)
  • Determining audit data retention preferences. How much data should be saved, where, and for what purposes: trend analysis, validation of requirements over time, etc.

Transfer details working group

This group will provide subject matter expertise related to the import of detailed transfer course information from uAchieve into PeopleSoft. They will help identify a design that allows this work to meet the primary business goals of having pre- and co-requisite checking work for transfer students and improve the repeat checking processes. They will also be the primary business experts related to business process improvements for different types of credit ("test" and "other") and how they should be mapped into the appropriate modules in PeopleSoft.
