Vender services and analysis starts in Q2 2018, continuing through Q2 of 2019. This includes the vendor kickoff, stakeholder engagement, and usability testing.
Work on business improvements will begin in Q3 of 2019. This will include gathering student and advisor feedback and implementing improved academic statistics and prerequisite checking.
