What happens after I make a purchase with the Travel Card?
T-card purchases will be processed in Chrome River by the T-card holder. T-card purchases can be found in the “eWallet” section of Chrome River. As with reimbursements, you will need to have a business justification and allocation for every purchase. As your financial preparer will not be processing T-card expenses, communications about corrections, policies, etc. will be coming directly from our accountant, Eric Gregor.
Important info to keep in mind
You can only book travel for yourself on your T-card
If you need to book travel for someone else, please ask the staff
Expenses must be entered and explained within 30 days of purchase
Unallowable expenses, including accidental personal purchases, can either be deducted from your next paycheck or you can receive a bill from the University
