Welcome! 

We are the official student chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Chicanxs/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. 

As a student group affiliated with the national SACNAS organization, our purpose is to actively support and promote the success of latin americans and native americans, from college students to professionals, in attaining advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in STEM.

Our team strives to provide enriching opportunities that will cultivate leadership, foster collaboration, and drive positive change in line with the organization's broader vision. To accomplish this we host workshops, seminars, networking events, and mentorship opportunities that bring together scholars, research trainees, and working professionals from all over.
