The purpose of Rho Lambda is to honor those women within the Panhellenic community who have exhibited the highest qualities of leadership and service to their Greek community and their sorority. They are women who have furthered the ideals and principles of their individual chapters and what it means to be a sorority woman. Rho Lambda is an organization that recognizes scholarship excellence in women in the Panhellenic community at the University of Minnesota.

Rho Lambda hosts multiple meetings a year where you are able to strengthen community relations with other women who exhibit the same high qualities as members. Women attend community philanthropy events and Rho Lambda hosts it’s own event once a semester for Circle of Sisterhood.

Rho Lambda helps to recognize those women who succeed in multiple aspects of their lives. Women give back to multiple organizations and bring positive light and awareness to the Greek community at large. They also create and strengthen connections that can better their own organization and themselves.
