These usability and heuristic analyses demonstrate data management skills, conducting usability tests, and examining user experience principles through thorough testing and website evaluation. These skills were deployed to meet the needs of the client, the University of Minnesota, and their AI Chatbot team's request for research on the effectiveness of their chatbot for use on the university student body. As a member of the research team for this project, I was in charge of authoring sections relating to providing solution recommendations and result scenarios for the usability report and presentation.  I also acted as a logger for the 8-hour-long usability test, ensuring the team had complete data to then present to our client and a room of 20+ students on our findings and recommendations for the AI bot.
