ABOUT
ABOUT
I am a USDA-NIFA postdoctoral fellow, investigating the molecular mechanisms of how nectar is produced in flowers of various species. I use a combination of molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, tissue culture and biochemical skills to answer interesting questions. Previously I have worked with projects investigating cellular cargo trafficking , auxin transport, root architecture and gravitropism. My other interests lie in metal transport, pigment chemistry and evolution of nectar traits.
