The Tri-Psychology Queer Affinity group is a collective of graduate students, staff, and faculty of the University of Minnesota Tri-Psychology Departments (Psychology, Educational Psychology, the Institute of Child Development) who identify as LGBTQIA+ or as allies. Events and membership are open to all!

Our purpose in establishing an LGBTQIA+ affinity group is to 

1. build community within the Tri-Psychology Departments, 

2. support LGBTQIA+ identities within the Departments and on campus, and 

3. enact change that will promote queer and trans wellbeing and equitable gender climate in the departments and on campus.
