Judy is primarily responsible for managing the SHARE initiative, which is building a free, open, data set about research and scholarly activities across their life cycle. While at ARL, Judy has also directed the Transforming Research Libraries initiative, which included responsibility for e-research and special collections working groups.

Elizabeth joined the Association of Research Libraries in October 2015. As program director for research and strategic initiatives, she works closely with the Association’s Coordinating Committee to foster the development of project activities brought forward by member directors, staff, or partners in response to the Association’s System of Action.
