Project Description:

The North Church Street Reconstruction project includes removal and reconstruction of the plaza and green spaces on Church Street between Washington Avenue and the north drive entrance to Lily Plaza.

Scope of work includes:

‐ Pavement reconstruction

‐ New storm water utility

‐ New sanitary sewer utility

‐ Water utility modifications

‐ Site Lighting

‐ Electrical duct bank reconstruction

‐ Landscaping, irrigation, and furnishings
