The My Finances tab is where students view their billing, payment, and financial aid information. There are three subtabs of the Finance tab: Billing & Payment, Financial Aid, and Financial Aid History.
Table of Contents:
On the Billing and Payment subtab, students see their account balance and make payments. Students can also see their account activity, enroll in a payment plan, or set up a direct deposit. At the bottom of the page, there are links to resources like the 1098-T Tax Form, Dates and Deadlines, and Student Jobs postings.
A student's SAP status is located at the top of the financial aid subtab. The box will appear green if the student is meeting SAP standards, and red if they are not.
The financial aid steps section of the financial aid subtab is where students can see what financial aid steps they have already taken, and which steps they still need to complete.
Students can see the estimated cost of attendance at the bottom of the financial aid subtab. This is not a bill, and actual cost can differ based on a student's program, coursework, and personal spending.
This section of the Financial Aid History subtab shows the aid a student has accepted throughout their college career at the University of Minnesota. The table can be sorted and filtered, and exported as an Excel spreadsheet or a PDF.
In this section, recipients of the Pell Grant, MN State Grant, and U Promise Scholarship can see information on their estimated remaining semesters of eligibility.
