We wanted to create a space for physicians and other healthcare providers who want to provide weight-inclusive or weight-neutral care to network, share ideas and strategies to overcome barriers, and to create a community of like-minded folks.
So we did!

Who we are
We are physicians committed to the principles of Health at Every Size as described here by the Association for Size Diversity and Health:
Respectful Care
Weight Inclusivity
Eating for Wellbeing
Life-Enhancing Movement
and Health Enhancement.
We also want to advance this mission/approach with fellow physicians and healthcare providers by creating a space to discuss challenges and disrupt anti-fat bias, creating an accountable community dedicated to self-learning and inclusive care.
