Scholarships

MN ANREP has limited funds available for scholarships and professional development each year.

Eligibility

Any MN ANREP member in good standing who has not received MN ANREP scholarship funds in the previous 12 month period is eligible to receive scholarship funds. To be eligible, one must be a MN ANREP member in good standing at both the time of application and the time of the event for which scholarship support is requested.

Selection Criteria

Scholarship applications will be favored if they meet the following criteria:

• Event relates directly to natural resource issues and will build the knowledge and professional ability of the recipient.

• Event helps MN ANREP member(s) address a new or increasingly important issue for the people of Minnesota.

• Attendance at the event will raise MN ANREP’s profile.

• Recipient has secured other (matching) funds to support attendance at the event.

• Events supported by MN ANREP scholarship funds must be completed before the end of the fiscal year.
