Plan and implement a Learning Garden Tour
Hennepin County
The annual event features unique home gardens designed and tended by Master Gardener Volunteers who live in Hennepin County, as well as a community garden that began as a Victory Garden in 1943. Master Gardener Volunteers will be on hand at each garden, conducting demonstrations at various education stations covering topics such as hydroponics, native plants and composting.
Run a diagnostic clinic
Work with under served populations and recruit diverse volunteers
Plan a youth summer camp
Plan and run a community horticulture education event
Run an educational series at a library, community center, etc.
