Overview of MyImpact Volunteer Management System

Transitioning to Better Impact: 9/15/26 to 9/30/26

Volunteers from Ramsey and Hennepin Counties will start using the new database system, Better Impact.  Volunteers can continue logging their hours in the old system through September 30, 2026.  In the meantime, volunteers can get started in Better Impact by completing the following steps:

1. Initial login to the MyImpact system

     •  Hennepin Co. Master Gardener Volunteer - Link to MyImpact login page

2. Confirm your Profile Information.

Optional Account Settings:

1. Upload a Profile Photo (optional)

2. Update your username

• • • • • Go to Main → Contact

        • Edit the Username field

          • • Usernames must be unique across all Better Impact accounts

            • They cannot start or end with a space

        • Click Save

3. Merge your profiles (Optional - If you volunteer with multiple organizations in Better Impact)

   • Online directions and resources to merge multiple profiles from different organizations

Logging Hours with Better Impact 11/2/26

Volunteers from Ramsey and Hennepin Counties will begin logging their hours in Better Impact. 

• Record your volunteer hours

  1. 1. • Go to MyImpactPage.com and log in.

             •  Hennepin Co. Master Gardener Volunteer - Link to MyImpact login page

        • Click the Hours tab.

        • Choose the Activity from the drop‑down list.

        • Enter the Date Volunteered.

        • Enter the hours and minutes you worked.

        • Answer any feedback questions if they appear.

        • Submit the entry to save your hours.
