Teaching Agenda
My teaching philosophy centers on empowering students to transform principles of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources into a practical toolkit for strategic decision-making. I am interested in teaching Strategic Human Resource Management, with a focus on specific topics related to my research, such as Digital Transformation and Social Capital in the workplace. I am also enthusiastic about teaching Social Network Theory and Analysis, offering both theoretical insights and practical skill development by incorporating tools such as R and Python for network analysis. Additionally, I would be happy to teach Compensation and Benefits and Negotiations, drawing on my previous experience.
