Staying Centered

It's important to remember to take care of your mental health during this time. Try limiting the amount of time spent on social media. Take a walk outside. Consider downloading a free meditation app like Headspace. 
Mental health resources at Boynton are available to students. To contact the mental health clinic, please call 612-624-1444. The Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers team can also be reached remotely.  Here’s a resource guide from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Staying Nourished

Mondale Kitchen is open. If you are interested in volunteering for Mondale Kitchen, please contact the Wellness Director, Adam George
If you are currently struggling with food insecurity, Nutritious U is open. Additionally, you can fill out this form to ask your fellow Gophers for help. We are all in this together.

Staying Civically Engaged

Make sure you are registered to vote and if possible, request a mail-in ballot and vote early. If you are voting in person, find your polling place.
