Biography: Kelly grew up in the Twin Cities metro area and is a second year Ph.D. student in the University of Minnesota's Health Services Research, Policy & Administration program. She graduated with her B.S. in family social science in 2017, and in 2021 she graduated with her MPH with a focus in public health administration and policy. She has worked in a variety of roles within the healthcare system over the years, but was working as a project coordinator for the Center for Healthy Aging and Innovation within the School of Public Health most recently before starting her PhD program.
