CTSI K12 LOI Submission Guidelines

The LOIs should be no more than three pages in length, use the following table and include the following:

• Initial box to confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria 

• Signatures are required at time of application from: applicant, division director or program head, and department chair

• Applicant’s CV (not included in page maximum)

• Submissions should be submitted at https://z.umn.edu/K12program by 3:00 p.m. August 5, 2025
