Use of this space is a privilege. You are required to clean up after yourself. Please clean up spills and crumbs, throw away all trash, and make sure you take all of your personal belongings with you when you leave. The use of this space may be revoked if privileges are abused. 

Large conference room with 12 tables, 30+ chairs, podium, projector with retractable screen, exterior-facing windows, and interior-facing privacy glass wall. 

Capacity: 30

Amenities: Podium with VGA and HDMI connections, projector with retractable screen, video conferencing capabilities, whiteboards

Reservable by: CSE Faculty and Staff only. Groups of 15 or larger.

Reservable hours: 8:00 am-4:15 pm Monday-Friday. 

Maximum Length of Reservation: 2 hours unless special permission is received from ISyE staff. 

Minimum Occupancy: 10 people unless special permission is received from ISyE staff

All efforts will be made to accommodate your requests but please know there will be times when your request cannot be fulfilled. The ISyE Department reserves the right to cancel reservations but will make every effort to give as much notice as possible.
