A HIPAA-compliant eFax Service is now available for Health Sciences users.  

What is eFax?

eFax is a service that allows Sending/Receiving fax messages from an E-Mail Address instead of a traditional fax machine. This is a completely paperless service.

How much does it cost?

There is a $10 monthly charge for the account. Faxes are $0.085 per page for both incoming and outgoing. Billing is charged monthly. If you're curious about usage between billings, we can run a report upon request.

Can I use my existing Fax Number?

You will be randomly assigned a new fax number with 612 area code. If you have an existing Fax Number that you would like to use, you can contact Voice & Data to forward the existing Fax Line to your eFax Line. Contact Technology Help for more information on this.
