Advanced Heart Failure
The University of Minnesota Advanced Heart Failure Program is one of the oldest in the country, providing over 1,100 heart transplants since 1978 and over 1,000 LVADs since 1995.
Our team brings together leading cardiovascular providers, researchers, and educators dedicated to advancing the field of heart failure treatment. The key aspects of our mission include providing cutting edge care, advancing science, training the next generation of providers, and reducing disparities in heart failure care.
